Edited a few files & added and setup a Custom Motd Plugin

If you're downloading this setup for the first time ignore this.

For the ones updating, Delete the following old folders and upload these:
-> plugins/ChestCommands
-> plugins/Citizens
-> plugins/HolographicDisplay

Also upload AdvancedMotd to "/plugins/"as I just added it.
