MinerSet - Get the free version of Miner Set with configurable potion effects!

So, if you've Played HCF or Factions in the past then you're probably aware of MinerSet
and while looking for free versions I couldn't find any for Miner Set
I did find for the Archer kit and etc but not for Miner Set.

So here is a simple Plugin that can finally get you Miner Set in your server.
