Community guidelines and rules

Here at GameAgora we are obligated to protect our community members from any forms of abuse, illegal activities or any other harm.

For us to do so, we implement the following guidelines and rules to ensure compliance from community members, our staff or any relevant stakeholders, by registering as a member on our site you agree to our terms and conditions and agree to follow these guidelines and rules, in the event, you violate any of these guidelines and rules you will be subjected to either suspension or account termination.
  1. General forum rules and guidelines
    1. You shall not commit any act that would breach either directly, indirectly and or with intent and or negligent the terms and conditions, guidelines and rules.
    2. You shall not abuse any members either directly and or indirectly with but not limited to direct either with direct messages, comments and or reactions whatever the case may be.
    3. Do not abuse the report system, ensure that the reports are accurate and include as much information as possible.
    4. Do not post content on our forum that would violate the rights of proprietary holders, unlawful content, abusive content and or any contact that would be made in bad faith and or become defamatory towards members, non-members and or a protected class and or any person and or organization that would cause any harm.
    5. Do not post any content with vulgar language.
    6. Do not post any advertisements which would be click-bait, false and or create any advertisements that would conflict with the forum and or in competition thereof.
    7. Do not post any sexually explicit, graphic, links and or any NSFW content.
    8. Do not post any content that holds any sensitive information, would lead to sensitive information, the link that collects sensitive information and or any images and or any content that would lead a user off-site to collect information and or any advertisements and or referral links.
    9. Do not spam or promote spam.
    10. Follow the advice, instructions or any orders that the staff may give.
    11. Do not post in the wrong sections or forums not promote any arguments, do not discuss and or link any and or promote sites away from our site and or promote or link to external sites that would be in conflict without sites and or lead users to any site that would cause harm.
    12. All posts should be professional and courteous. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members and explain your perspective.
    13. Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. This includes user pictures. Use common sense while posting and keep the content in English.
  2. User submissions
    1. Our forums allow you to post videos, texts or audio content; this refers to user-generated content. You shall be held fully liable for the content you post, and you shall ensure that the content is royalty-free and or fully licensed where appropriate.
    2. You shall not post content that:
      1. that infringes our or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights;
      2. violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
      3. that is trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, unlawfully harassing, defamatory, obscene, explicit or vulgar, or otherwise injurious to us, or third parties or that infringes on our or any third party's rights of publicity or privacy;
      4. That contains any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, trap doors, back doors, Easter eggs, time bombs, cancelbots or other code or computer programming routines that contain contaminating or destructive properties or that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
      5. containing or constituting chain letters, mass mailings, political campaigning, or any form of "spam";
      6. that is false, inaccurate or misleading;
      7. Commercial advertisements or solicitations without our written permission;
      8. Federally trademarked and copyrighted information without our prior written permission.
    3. We may delete any content at any given time without notice to you, and we may delete content for any given reason.
  3. Market and services
    1. Do not offer or sell services or products where you are not the lawful holder and or working and or employed with the lawful holder.
    2. Where you offer services and or products given if you are the lawful holder or not you shall be responsible for the services and or products, the duty is yours to hold the lawful holder responsible if any action is taken against you.
    3. Do not buy a service or product if you have no intention to complete the transaction, do not place any bids where you do not intend to complete the transaction, where a transaction is completed you. The seller shall be liable and responsible for the transaction. We have no obligation during or the completion to the transaction.
    4. Do not purchase and or offer services and or products from banned or suspended users.
    5. Do not offer any unlawful and or illegal and or unowned services and products.
    6. Do not sell and or offer any Blackhat tricks or objectionable content or activities.
    7. Do not promote your product or services to users that do not wish to receive is, for example, unsolicited messages.
    8. Do not bad mouth any competitors or spread lies and dishonesty.
  4. User conduct
    1. Do not insult users based on protected categories which would include sexuality, race and gender, religion and or disabilities.
    2. Do not harass users either directly, indirectly via personal messages and or in the comments.
    3. Do not threaten users either with physical violence and or any unlawful activities.
    4. Do not register more than one personal account and more than one account per business/company.
    5. Do not spread misinformation and or create hoaxes
    6. Keep trolling appropriate and to a minimum, do not become repetitive
    7. Do not promote, enforce or conduct any hate speech, discriminate, abuse, threat or prejudice against any protected group as mentioned in 4.1 in any forum which may be offensive.
  5. General conduct
    1. Do not create inappropriate debates, ensure respect and dignity is promoted.
    2. Keep profanity to a minimum.
    3. Do not over post content and or repeat content posts.
    4. Do not promote Referral links and pyramid schemes.
    5. Ensure off-topic posts are kept in the right category, follow the forum and section guidelines and ensure you do not post any unwarranted content.
    6. Do not share your account with other people or organizations.
    7. Keep any deals or transaction onsite for your safety; we take no liability.
    8. Keep your usernames and avatars appropriate.
    9. Minimum age requirement to register and use the site is as young as 13.
    10. Do not bump posts, only bump posts after 24 hours, do not bump posts older than three days.
    11. There is no need to point out another poster's spelling or grammatical errors unless you think it is not very clear. Remember that not all members are native English speakers. Communication, not correctness, is our goal.
    12. We ask that you try to avoid making multiple posts in a row within a few minutes of each other, if you can avoid it, as a courtesy to other users.
    13. Common sense. In the end, use common sense. When you are about to post messages to increase your post count or post something you think is funny at someone else's expense, think to yourself "Is this annoying?" If the answer is yes, don't do it.
